Job Qualifications

We are looking for someone who will:

• Be responsible for setting the priorities typically for a small internal digital product

• Collaborate with others to understand different points of view, and arrive at clear definition of opportunities

• Understand the customer needs and translates them into user stories that are valuable, feasible, and usable to be prioritized in the product backlog

• Communicate the status of the digital product to peers and manager

• Create personas, user journeys, user flows

• Conduct user and usability testing and utilize the results to inform design decisions

• Embrace Agile methodologies - fail fast, learn, and iterate - and work with agile teams to bring their digital products to life
