UBS Business Solutions US LLC is hiring an Authorized Officer, Capital Management Process Analyst (ref. code 001355) in Weehawken NJ to support the aggregation and quality assurance of forecasted bank financials and capital measures. Deliver FR Y-14A regulatory reporting, Capital Plan inputs, and other bank capital reporting. Partner with technology team to design, test, and implement new systems and enhancements to CMR’s aggregation and reporting functionalities. Coordinate processes to facilitate and automate consolidation, reporting, and analysis of bank financials and capital measures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Risk, Finance, and Technology. Provide support to UBS’ Intermediate Holding Company (IHC) capital management activities (including the annual CCAR submission to the Federal Reserve). Assist in facilitating the collection of model data, aggregate model data into consolidated financial results and capital measures. Own regulatory (FR Y-14A) and internal capital management reporting and analysis.This position requires a Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field of study and one (1) year in the offered role or in a Technical Financial Analyst, Lead Analyst, Data Management and Quantitative Analysis, Analyst, or a related occupation. Alternatively will accept a Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of experience. Must have experience of: financial analysis and investigative skills; bank balance sheets and bank capital; Understand forecast and budgeting; Daily financial closing to finalize quarterly reports and its impact; and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
