Your role:

Are you driven by the desire to develop products and execute various projects, strategic initiatives and reports? Are you interested in being part of a team managing deposits strategy, analytics, pricing and execution for UBS Wealth Management USA? We're looking for someone who can:

•\tCollaborate with technology and digital strategy and platforms team to design and execute projects, such as new products, enhancement of existing products and regulatory projects

•\tParticipate in internal meetings with key partners to design and structure solutions and solve problems to ensure that execution of deposits projects is done timely

•\tConduct and oversee User Acceptance Testing for Deposits initiatives

•\tUnderstand existing deposit product structure and assist with enhancing the associated reporting and analytics

•\tAssist with Accounts and Cash Management or Deposits ad-hoc initiatives as required across the Americas region for UBS

•\tAssist the product team with business reporting to Senior management

Your team:

The Associate Deposits Product Manager will have the ability to make a difference in product development and execution. He/she will be working as part of the Deposits team in the home office. This team is responsible for managing the deposits products for Global Wealth Management in the Americas.

Your expertise:

•\tYou have:

o\tA university degree with minimum 8 years in Financial Services, preferably with familiarity with Wealth Management Deposit sweep products

o\tUnderstanding of the value proposition of deposits within a Wealth Management firm

o\tComfortable with data and analytics, and at least proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

o\tAbility to think creatively, adapt to different situations and handle uncertainty

o\tExcellent time management/organizational skills with a keen eye and attention to detail; must have ability to handle a high-stress, fast-paced environment and aggressive deadlines with minimum supervision; can successfully meet established project requirements and deadlines; must have ability to work independently and multi-task

•\tYou are:

o\tSelf-confident and exercise good judgment and sound decision-making

o\tA problem solver with a strong ability to organize, analyze and interpret legal and compliance-related materials

o\tComfortable collaborating with diverse constituencies
