Do you have familiarity with Reward? Can you confidently analyze and produce compensation reports? Do you have experience managing a small team? Experience working cross functionally within HR and the business to explain policy and effect change?
We're looking for a reward program specialist to:
•\tprovide guidance on rewards, compensation plans and approvals in line with Wealth Management USA (WMUSA) policy, and US tax, legal and regulatory rules
•\tpartner with HR business partners and business field management on compensation offerings and other reward options for the Financial Advisor population
•\tproduce analytical reports and presentations for senior management supporting reward policies and procedures
•\treview policy modification requests, analyze and recommend modifications to existing policies or create new ones as needed to improve day to day business support
•\tinterface with various business units including tax, legal and operations and manage reporting requests
•\twork and think both independently and collaboratively on analytics projects and initiatives
You’ll be working in the Reward team in Weehawken, NJ focusing on supporting line managers and employees across WMUSA business division. We work closely with department heads to strategically drive initiatives around FA Reward including providing support and give advice on various regional reward solutions and policies. We have a diverse offering of programs that require support and no two days are alike!
•\tmust have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, proficiency in accounting/ finance a plus
•\tideally 5+ years of previous experience managing/ supporting reward programs within a financial institution
•\texperience with compensation reporting
•\tstrong presentation skills and attention to detail
•\tstrong experience in MS Office suite (Work, Excel, Power Point)
•\tunderstanding of cash and deferred compensation programs
•\tgeneral understanding of employee law and tax parameters of compensation and reward
•\tfamiliarity with reward core compensation cycle
•\tstrong communication and interpersonal skills
•\tcritical thinker with unwavering attention to detail and good project management skills
•\texperience managing a small team, preferred
