be part of a team that supports over 12K users and Financial Analysts throughout the USA
troubleshoot high tier escalations and liaise with the required IT teams to drive the issue to resolution
work and manage projects related to all aspects of IT field deployment and support (physical deployment of equipment handled by another team)
meet with users on a one-on-one or conference setting to help introduce, discuss, share information related to the IT platform being utilized by the branches
travel periodically to the branches to meet with users face to face and in conference room settings

You'll be working in the Wealth Management Americas IT Infrastructure team in our Weehawken, NJ location. Our team works on projects and escalations that helps deliver and maintain the services of our client base. Applications in this portfolio includes Windows 7, MS Office 2010, Adobe, Skype for Business, IE, Chrome, Thomson Reuters, ConsultWorks (in house Financial Analyst programs and tools).
10+ years of experience in the IT industry
+6 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably brokerage environment
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Strong Project Management skills
Strong user facing IT customer support
Strong white glove support
Strong knowledge in Windows 7 and Windows 10
Strong knowledge of MS Office 2010, 2016 and Office 365
Strong knowledge of virtual desktop environment, VMWare and Citrix
Strong knowledge of Thomson Reuters and Bloomberg
Strong knowledge of Skype for Business
Strong knowledge of network troubleshooting methods and tools (ie. Wireshark)
Strong technology troubleshooting skills
• Strong liaison skills between IT groups, customer support, help desk and end-user
Very comfortable doing presentations to group of users in a conference room setting
Able to think outside of the box
Willing to travel +25%
