What you'll be doing...

Customer demand for wireless data service keeps growing, and to stay ahead of demand, we have to both maintain and augment our existing infrastructure. Your work will help assure that our customers can connect to reliable high-speed wireless service, anywhere they live, work, and play.

  • Working with internal and external partners; for example landlords, government employees, community officials, legal counsel and internal and external resources.

  • Maintaining database systems and reports pertaining to cellular site projects.

  • Wireless Network Real Estate Project Management.

  • Working with Verizon project managers, engineers and external consultants to help guide strategic decisions geared toward achieving key objectives and ensuring progress is accurately forecasted tracked and reported.

  • Maintaining databases and customizing reports in Fuze pertaining to wireless network projects.

  • Staying current on substantive and procedural developments in company directives/protocols and facilitate compliance with these new developments across the team(s).

  • Handling vendors, budgets and purchasing for the projects assigned to you.

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience with wireless leasing and/or land use.

  • Valid Driver's License.

  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Real estate background. Ideally, in commercial leasing, property management, site acquisition, land use entitlements, or real-estate affiliated legal.

  • Experience with FUZE, Google Platforms (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, etc.) and Webex

  • Data Base Management/Reporting.

  • Investigation & research skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to track multiple projects across a high volume.

  • Current knowledge of and/or familiarity with state and local land use and zoning procedures.

  • Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong landlord/customer relations skills, and the ability to diffuse escalations.

  • General experience with civil and radio frequency engineering design standards for a variety of cell sites, including rooftops, water tanks and towers.

  • Ability to collaborate with multiple professionals, including but not limited to, Attorneys, Zoning Team members, Engineers and outside Consultants.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island or Washington work location, the compensation range for this position is between $79,000.00 and $146,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
