Description

This position will be hybrid - 1 day work from home.

• Process customer payments, reconcile accounts, and ensure accuracy of financial records.

• Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and follow up with customers to secure payment.

• Prepare and analyze aging reports to track outstanding balances and identify trends.

• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve billing issues and disputes in a timely manner.

• Work closely with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and concerns.

  Requirements

The ideal candidate will have accounts receivable experience.
