  • Responsible for ensuring facilities have accurate and up-to-date licensing information on record with government agencies and internal databases.

  • This includes preparing and filing notifications to regulatory agencies all while meeting high quality standards and internal and external deadlines.

  • This person will support process improvements and creating and implementing Standards of Operations. In addition, they will be responsible to monitor and respond to requests from internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and to mitigate risk to the company.

  • This person will also provide support to prepare and file documents with the DEA to support the company's CSOS program.Review submissions, complete data entry and process per specified deadlines

  • Support email communications with field leaders

  • Conduct regular audits of completed filings to identify discrepancies or errors.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate and timely submissions.

  • Additionally, this individually will be responsible for filing all personnel changes related to pharmacy, lab and other health care facility licensing Enterprise wide.

Required Qualifications: 4+ years of professional work experience in office setting 2+ years Data entry 3+ years of experience with MS Office products, including Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize work, execute work assignments to ensure deadlines are met, and identify when deliverables are at risk of not being met

salary: $24.95 - $24.96 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors
