You describe yourself as a dynamic person, willing to learn and cooperate in an international business environment? You have an inner sense for coordinating tasks and prioritizing the daily work load? We are looking for somebody like you to support us with the following responsibilities:
Support both the Head of Pension Services Business Management and Head of Pension Services Processes with administrative and project related tasks such as reports or presentations, including taking responsibility for deliverables in various projects.
Organizing events for Pension Services such as department meetings or Off-Sites, etc.
Constant management of internal communication platforms such as newsletters, sharepoints, intranet page or shared mailbox.
Be the process owner for all ad-hoc requests within the Pension Services for senior management.
You will be working in the business sector Banking Products and become a part of the Pension Services team. Pension Services is responsible to develop and maintain innovative Retire-ment solutions and advisory services for retail, wealth management and corporates clients. Our solutions are a key element in every client relationship and we service a base of 850.000 clients with a team of 55 based in Basel, Zurich and Wroclaw.
- You have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in economics, finance or business administration.
In particular, you are/have:
- Well organized, methodical with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple initiatives
at the same time.
Experience in project management, experience with project planning and reporting tools would be an advantage.
Good organizational skills and a \"can do\" attitude
Ability to work equally well independently or as part of a dynamic team structure.
A reliable personality with strong interpersonal and strong stakeholder management skills.
Good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels.
Ability to come up with a structured approach to complex topics, including translation into compelling power point slides.
Structured work style, excellent problem-solving skills and result oriented approach.
Very good skills in MS Office (particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint).
Excellent German and English language skills are required.
