We are currently seeking a skilled Welding Engineer to join our team. As a Welding Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of customer orders and overseeing welding production. Your expertise in welding and materials engineering will be essential in planning and supervising welding work and maintaining compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Control customer orders and assess production capacity for welding processes.

  • Plan welding production, including drafting instructions, determining welding processes, and validating Welders' qualification certificates.

  • Supervise and inspect components and welded parts, following internal procedures.

  • Ensure proper supervision of welding work and prepare welding documentation.

Requirements:

  • Higher technical education with an IWE/EWE diploma.

  • Detailed knowledge in the field of welding and materials engineering.

  • Familiarity with welding standards such as EN ISO 9606, EN ISO 15614, and EN ISO 15085.

  • Communicative knowledge of English or German.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

  • Knowledge of PED and harmonized standards, including PED regulations.
