TriMas Corporation Sales Director - China Dispensing Systems in Yuyao City, China

Position Summary:

The Sales Director leads a team of regional business development / key account sales managers in China to maintain and develop the dispensing business in the designated market segments of the division while adhering the company agreed strategy.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage direct report to ensure they are implementing the set objectives.

  • Contribute to developing the commercial strategy in cooperation with the VP Sales and the division management team.

  • Oversee pipeline and campaign management in Microsoft Dynamics for the team. Accuracy of these records is key to measuring success.

  • Support team in management of assigned accounts.

  • Develop and maintain high level relationship with major customers.

  • Report to sales leadership and greater leadership team on the status of strategic account sales, projects, and relationships.

  • Coordinate with Marketing on customer and competitor trends.

  • Meet and exceed both existing business budget and sales growth targets.

  • Understand and communicate regional market pricing and competition.

  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting to the dispensing Leadership team.

  • Travels for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships.

    Physical Demands/Work Environment:

  • Travel up to 60%

  • Capable of working in a remote work environment
