We are looking for an IT Support Analyst in the Area of Multi-Channel Contact Centre Infrastructure.
Multi-Channel Contact Centre (MCCS) comprises a set of vendor-supplied (Genesys) components that enable clients to contact UBS via Telephony, Chat, E-mail & Social Media.
General Request, Incident and Problem Management
Analyze and help solve production issues
Communicate with Operations, L1, L2, L3 and other stakeholders
Maintain Knowledge Database to provide on request in a structured way the needed information
Intense production verification and testing of our applications
Willingness to work on weekends on occasion due to planned releases
You will be working in the team Channels and Workbenches in Zürich at Flurstrasse. Our team is part of the Technology Services - Application Support Group and is responsible for second level IT support regarding Request Management, Incident Management and Problem Management
Multi-Channel Contact Centre Solution experience as Genesys
UNIX/ LINUX system administration know-how
A dedication to get in touch with IT technology (servers, databases, files)
A natural ability to understand and solve complex issues
The ability to organize tasks and next steps
A confident communicator who can explain technology to non-technical audiences
Capable of understanding client needs and translating this into efficient incident support
Fluent in German and English
