Your team:

The Regulatory Change Management team guides senior management on the prioritization and allocation of initiatives to address regulatory changes affecting UBS' businesses in Switzerland. It assumes program management responsibility for some of these initiatives (e.g. implementation of certain investor protection regulations, as well as derivatives and trading regulations). These activities are performed in close collaboration with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization and across all businesses, functions and regions.

Your expertise:

You have:

  • relevant experience in business project management or business analysis, preferably in the financial industry.

  • a university degree or equivalent professional qualification, preferably in Business Administration, Banking & Finance or Economics

  • an interest or experience in regulatory / compliance / legal / tax / risk management topics

You are:

  • a person with very good communication and interpersonal skills

  • fluent in English and German; any other language skill is an asset

  • hands-on and result oriented working attitude with a can-do mentality

  • good at MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)

  • organized and have strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • a team player with a positive attitude who likes challenges and has the ability to cope with pressure
