Your role:

-\tDesign, build and maintain analytical solutions

-\tInterpret, integrate and optimize a significant amount of information from various data sources internal and external

-\tHandle regular as well as ad-hoc reporting related to our client, product and competitor data

-\tCollaborate and work closely with various stakeholders across UBS Asset Management (UBS AM) to support and align our sales activities with product demand

Your team:

You will be working in the Zurich-based Sales Analytics team within the Sales Management function of UBS AM. We are the knowledge center for sales and market data and provide actionable insights to our sales teams (covering Wholesale, Institutional and Wealth Management channel). We collaborate with multiple other teams, including shelf offering, performance measurement and business management. Our main goal is to help drive the business by effectively empower sales and product teams.

Your expertise:

-\tAt least a 3 year relevant work experience and a strong academic background with a degree in business administration, finance, mathematics or other numerical-based subjects

-\tCapability in handling big data, financial modelling, designing and implementing reports and end user applications (e.g. Power BI)

-\tProficiency in Microsoft Office and practice in using numerical programming languages

-\tA first relevant experience in asset management or in a analytical function in the finance industry

-\tAn open mind and keen interest in learning and applying new technologies

-\tStrong communication skills to support your numerical results

-\tFluent in English, German an advantage
